The Cockhaven Arms is situated in the quiet village of Bishopsteignton at the foot of Haldon Moor and overlooking the lovely Teign Estuary. Originating from the 16th century with additions made 200 years later, many original features have been preserved, such as the gallery landing, beams and original fireplaces, giving it a charm and a welcoming atmosphere.

The menus offer freshly prepared food, alongside local ales and interesting wines. As well as the comfortable bar and restaurant there is a large function room and 14 premium bedrooms with excellent facilities, including powerful showers, hair dryers, tea & coffee making facilities and flat screen TVs. Three rooms offer a balcony with spectacular views of the Teign Estuary.

Outside, there is a large beer garden with lovely views of the estuary, along with plenty of car parking.
