There is nothing corporate about our pubs, they are all different. There is a link however, and that is the desire to offer great food in a relaxed atmosphere, with excellent customer service provided by happy staff.

Good people are at the heart of our business, be they managing the pub, or running a shift in the kitchen, bar or restaurant. We particularly value integrity, loyalty and trust and are very proud of the fact that many of our staff choose to stay with us for the long term.

Training

We are very keen to develop our people, so they can progress within the business. We support apprenticeships and other recognised qualifications such as NVQs
